This large farmhouse looked more like a borgo rather than just a house and it was fully restored and extended with the creation of a new loggia facing the new pool. Traditional materials and techniques have been used for the reconstruction of roof and floors (chestnut beams and rafters with terracotta pianelle and wooden planks). To maximize the light we used metal windows which have a thinner frame compared to wood or aluminium.
